Under the National leadership of our National Chairman Yahcanon Ben Yah. We would like to present you with a opportunity to join us. There is a one time registration fee of $25, and a monthly dues payment fee of $10, after a 90 day probation period to decide if you have what it takes. Remember all successful movements and campaigns run on finances. It will take our collective financial support to build an efficient organization. MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENTS
1. All New Members will go through a 90 day probation period. Patches will be given out at the discretion of the local chairman during this period.
2.Members must complete all assigned tasked appointed to them. A full written report should accompany all orders.
3. Proper uniform should be worn at all times.
4. Any form of intoxication in uniform or on duty is grounds for expulsion.
5. All party functions and meetings are mandatory, unless working, sick, or any other emergency; please inform one of the Chain of command in case of absence.
6. PNBPP Members must sell our Newspaper, our #1 proper propaganda weapon to reach the people.
7. Members must refrain from speaking to the media until cleared by the local chain of command.
8. Do not allow yourself to be questioned by the police about party business or any “crime”. Respectful greetings and simple conversation are o.k. “Hi and Bye”
9. Members must legally purchase a weapon and learn how to properly operate such weapon (You cannot protect the people unless you protect yourself - “arm yourself or harm yourself”).
10. No Party Member will use, point, or fire a weapon of any kind unnecessarily or accidentally at anyone.
11. Members must attend all local political education classes, continually read books of empowerment, and always seek to advance themselves on a progressive level in all walks of life.
12. Members are expected to know the National Central Committee, Regional, and their Local Chain of command.
13. Any party member caught using cocaine, heroine or other hard drugs will be expelled.
14. No Party Member can drink alcohol while doing party work.
15. No Party Member can join any counter Revolutionary group/force.
16. No party Member will commit any crimes against other Party Members or African people at all, and cannot steal or take from the people.
17. When arrested, Peoples New Black Panther Party Members will exercise legal First Aid: Name, Address, and will sign nothing or volunteer any information or conduct unnecessary conversations with police. Nor will any member discuss with inmate’s questionable information.
18. The 10 Point Platform, 9 Local Objectives must be known and understood by each Member.
19. No Panther can have a white (Caucasian) mate.
20. Caucasians (whites) are not allowed to join the Peoples New Black Panther Party.
21. The Peoples New Black Panther Party does not work or support white militant, supremacy, or militia Caucasian (white) groups.
22. All leadership personnel who expel a member must submit the letter of explanation to the National Central Committee, in order to provide a documented record of events.
23. Members who resign or are suspended have a right to a hearing before the local central committee (see suspensions). Until re-instated Panthers who are in “bad standing” are not to attend meetings or to be contacted by PNBPP members.
24. No chapter shall accept Grants, Poverty Funds, Money, or any other form of Aid from Government agencies without first contacting the National Central Committee.
25. All information must be filled out on the Membership Application or Membership will not be allowed. It is the Member’s responsibility to keep up with the following rules and regulations. You will not be reminded of the rules. Any violation will be dealt with appropriately.
26. PNBPP Members can not quit their post (any post) without being properly relieved.
